It's adequate. It mostly based on a French comic that has a story far ahead and more mature than the TV version. It's still aimed at younger audiences overall but doesn't have as much 'girly' aesthetic as, say, Winx Club. Keep in mind though, it's still a cartoon aiming at kids in 2000s. The whole series is on Youtube if are you interesting, just find the right playlist.

Quite good, with the second season being handled by Greig Weisman (that Greig Weisman). Though it's worth to remember that it was aimed at kids and younger teens and based on a comic book, of which it covered only the first two story arcs (the second season includes the set up for the third, but it was canceled).

In alternative you could read the comic, but you must remember that it's an Italian series aimed at teens, and some parts may be misunderstood (for example, for an Italian reader it's obvious from the first panel showing Heaterfield that it's set in the US. Actual American readers, on the other hand, tend to wonder where in Europe it's supposed to be set) or not appreciated. It was however a hit for in Eastern Europe. Just one word of warning: after the New Power story arc you may well stop reading it, as Disney Italy mandated it to be aimed to pre-teen girls, and while it still had good moments and ideas it was nowhere near as good as in the previous years.

Well this build was not only disappointing. But tedious. Seriously. This game really is tedious to get through. Beyond the bad dialogue and broken English, the game itself isn't fun to play. The biggest thing holding it back is beyond the broken english which i cannot stress enouph as damn is it annoying

Except the English isn't even that pad, just some typo's here and there; similar to what is seen in a lot of English made games on this site.

But all the girls have pretty much the same body build. There isn't much variety beyond aesthetic looks.

The game is needlessly dark and cruel to them, which,yeah I know. Cedric is a bad guy. But he's so amoral and cruel that he's just not fun to play as. Most other games like this know to make the character have some charisma or likableness. He doesn't have any.

What? The dark and cruel in this game is milk toast at best... Most other games like this also break characters personality to the point that they are almost unrecognizable sometimes.

I'm not even surpised the creator dropped the love/good route. The way Cedric is written and handled it would never work as it would be too tonally whiplashy. .

But even beyond, that, the game is just too damn slow. The art is great yeah. The girls look hot, espially from the last recent 3 builds.

The combat is pointless, the mini games are annoying, having to grind is just a time waster and worst of all, your grinding to nothing.

Its just dragging it'self out and leaving stuff unfinished for later that doesn't need to be. This whole build is a few new scenes that aren't even that good and Elyon looks off as hell. She looks like she's a stressed out woman in her late 20's and way older than she should be.

Ignoring that aging everyone up was a weird move to start with. And then giving them the bodies of girls in their 20's didn't help either.

...What? I don't even know where to begin with this... have you played just about every other game like this? four element trainer? Amityville? Hell Witch trainer and princess trainer all did the same thing.

I don't even know how to feel about this game. On one hand, a W.I.T.C.H game is a goldmine to work with. And fun to tinker. But THIS is not how you go about it. That's for sure. Broken english, grindy for the sake of grinding to pad things out, having to constatnly play crappy minigames even if you cheat and not even really making us care about the girls..

Playing as a dick can be fun. But playing as someone straight up evil isn't very fun if they have no charisma. As said before.

Having look it over... I gotta say it kinda feels half-assed.
Like, in nearly every regard.

It has the grounds for an amazing game. But... it has no direction. (It has started to get one in the later builds.)
Again: A game that is kinda so shit, that the only "real" version to play is to cheat is kinda... failed at the starting line.

Another weak point to me is their genitalia. Like... he made the PC the standard "utterly useless at sex, but with a big dick!" dude. Who ironically has more effort and detail put into his dick, than ALL of the girls combined. They're literally just copy pasted clones. If I can print screen every scene in the game and show the pussy. And no-one here can tell who the fuck that character is... I'd say you need SOME more work there.

I know it's common to make every girl a loli, and every guy a big dick/hyper pornstar.
But it just makes it extra irrelevant what character you go for. They're all just the same in dialogue, appearance and porn scenes.

It is imo good he dumped the romance scenes. (As said: It's starting to get a focus. And tbh: How the FUCK do you go a romance route with a homicidal, sadistic rapist? xD)
I mean, as mentioned quite a few times: He's bland. Has less charm than a wet blanket. It utterly incompetent at sex. And all the girls are dumb as fucking bricks for any of his schemes to work plot con wise. Like... they don't notice ANYTHING really. It's like things happen in a vacuum. And no character even communicates. One moment in particular is VERY "you crossed the fucking line!" and... nothing. They just derp and stare at the wall. It's something that'd pretty much warrent the PC getting murdered and/or raped to death. Or his dick bitten off. But nope. No consequences. The girls fight back with the power of an empty potato sack. (There's a ton of hoops being jumped to justify stuff here)

I can get people wanting to play Gary Stu's in rape games, where they play god mod and be as stupid as they want, with no chance of failing. And while subjective: I like being able to take risks in games like this. Kinda classic high risk, high reward. Or be prepared for backlash if I do reckless shit. But this is kinda the equivalent of starting up an RPG, putting no points into your primary stat, spending everything in your dump stat, getting naked and running to the end game zone and... beating every enemy with one punch, just winning. I don't want to speculate but... I have some suspicions about the creator.

With a proper writer, and some overhauls, I think this could be a lot more than just... "just another plot con rape game with a Gary Stu". The graphics are really good... half the time. Somethings just look really out of place. Like, if I'm being honest: Hay Lin. She is just kinda full uncanny valley.

I do feel bad the creator has wasted a ton of time on this. (In terms of the reworks so far.)
I think he started with a too big aim. He wanted to do ALL the things. And then kinda, halfway through stating realized that he in fact: could not do all the things. And the game is now more about salvaging what he can to cobble together something functional. Part of why work-shopping and feedback is so vital imo.

I mean, in my experience going in: It kinda went from "Oh, neat. A WITCH parody porn game." to "Oh... a self-insert OC game that stole the appearances of a franchise." I mean: I almost expected all characters names to be a letter or two off from their original ones.

I still rate this game above those with shit tagging.
... I mean, the overview of this game is pretty dang poor. But you at least get some idea via the tags.
But it's at least not one of those games that doesn't contain several of the tags, or turns out that you were "actually playing as a dude all along! You just pretended to be a chick!" or some bs.

I'd say it's a "solid let down". As it's a solid game for those that want a Gary Stu rape simulator.
But lets anyone down that wants a WITCH game.
Along with needing polish on the models, gameplay and a slew of other areas.

The content between the two versions has been radically changed so your save is not going to mesh well with the latest build.

A lot of the content has been rewritten and events and elyon mechanics chopped and changed so you would be better starting again. I've put a save up a couple of posts back though that will help you out if you would like
