the game as far as I'm aware calls the pink haired girl(?) a old man(npcs) or boy(Mc).
it looks like the pink hair character appearance (in game world) changes depending who is looking at them as the mc mistakes that character as a old lady in the opening. if I'm not mistaken.

Karryn's Prison don't have animations as far as i know. But it's still a great quality h-game anyways

There's an item that restores your virginity as if you never lost it in the "cash" shop so you can do either. You can also just go virgin route until right before the end of the game and then go slut it up.

Been a while since a game has made me actually want to play a virgin route. I don't even care if there's nothing special for it, I'm just annoyed at the premise.

Also helps that the virgin route is actually pretty solid. Especially when
