not this time i think because from the demo this new game not using unity engine like samurai or eclipse anymore

so the tool Xunity- Ai translate not work on this one

Depends on how the last OneOne1 game sold. Sometimes Kagura translation get quite some time, but if the sales are good they may get it faster, dunno. The public in general is tired of the same formula, along with last games being Unity, but with them returning to RPGM who knows.
