Delete save folder in the game folder then disable 'Unlock Extras' in the settings if it is enabled.

Windows only, it's in the official system req's ma bru.
But hey maybe you could still pull it off with a windows-emulator? I hear they have those for Linux users, ain't gonna point you in any direction tho, research that out yourself if you want.
