Assuming you are in the States, yes in order to even view the DLsite for the other game you want a VPN that has other country choices.

As far as the credit card fuckery, I haven't had issues buying through DLsite the only ways we have been able to in the US. By purchasing the points through a 3rd party company/platform aka ForBooks or the new DPay. I haven't purchased points in about a month or 2 so as far as I'm aware nothing changed.
I'm not American but it still works the same, I was able to buy it yesterday after looking through the site a bit. Thanks for you answer!

Not to ruin anyone's parade. But the newest game is kinda inferior to older titles. Not as good was my impression after finishing it.
It's still a ONEONE game so even tho inferior by comparison to previous works it is still very solid H game that is worth anyone time. But yeah, could've been better.

Any of the oneone1 games you recommend?

This game is better than Samurai Vandalism IMO mostly because it kept my attention for longer and I haven't dropped it yet or the booze are getting to me. However, I have yet to have a complaint about the game after a couple hours gameplay, outside the typical RPG stuff.

Personaly I've always found Ideology In Friction to have been the one I always compare everything to. That and Meritocracy Of The Oni.

Hmm, Oni was a bit intriguing however it is censored from what I can tell and art seems a bit aged but not a deal breaker like the censored content. I think I gave it a shot but lost interest pretty quick and the censored tag didn't help.

As for Friction, I think I gave it a shot but it was a hot minute ago. If my memory serves me right, it was a really big undertaking like too much or like too involved and I think there were a lot unnecessary anime cutscenes with every move? or maybe it was special moves but you used it very often which was intriguing the first couple times but got old quick with how long and involved the game was. I think I spent like an hour or so on it and barely chipped away at it and the scenes might've been limited?

Does that ring bells or serve to be somewhat true or has my memory forsaken my drunken stupor mind?

I might revisit Friction again.

A new version has already been released, it's the full version, although the language is in Japanese,

Well first, Ideology In Friction is quite story heavy, for most H games anyway, so I definitely would boot it up for the first time only when I have some good hours to spare. Yeah combat has animations, but tbh I skip combat in all ONEONE games so I can't comment too much.

Idk what you mean with ''the scenes might've been limited'', Ideology In Friction felt to me like it had the most ammount of H scenes, prolly same as Samurai Vandalism, definitely more than Witch Of The Eclipse and more than Alter Egoism.

Honestly I'd recommend it. But I have no experience with playing H games whilst drunk so I can't relate. But yeah Ideology In Friction is a big ass game, ton of H scenes and A LOT of writing. So if you're looking for a quick wank I'd recommend something else.
