Although with the former the style becomes very close to the original, I found the model a bit too over trained on a limited number of poses, so I tried adapting the order to start with a naive pose and let the Akabur-witch-trainer trained model adopt it, in several iterations sd15_lcm-sdxl-turbo steps. This induces more variety at the cost of a bit of deviation from the original art style. The model is still particularly bad at hands in any shape other than a fist, it seems.

There is an updated model for Akabur/Hermione, It loads with the 'Pony' checkpoints and performs much better. The kind of checkpoint you load as a base influences the style a lot. In order: Toonify(2x), mfcg (2x), autismmix (2x). mfcg performed best but finally I settled on autismmix, mfcg tends to change appearance. Toonify makes more of a chibi style.

I think I like the mfcg best, still. After some more tweaking (my cfg was too high, the 1st duchaiten shows the typical artifacts) I get images like these (ComfyUI worksheet in metadata onless retouched):

Too heavy mascara, I found a better Lora, hands improved, issues with eyes though.

AFAIR Granger gets mad after picking that unimplemented feature, so better don't use it in the future anymore.

What he said. While it was good game when it was released, it was many years ago, and it was also finished back then, so any bugs remaining will never be fixed. So just give a try to the Silver version.

I mean there was a clear ending with the ball... You can go back to the main game loop afterwards, but this is the actual ending.

As far as I know it is called Queen Trainer, there was even demo of it somewhere in f95. It is also Yasmine related game, but quite a bit different than previous ones. I do not follow his patreon, at most superficially look through 2-3 fresh posts twice a year or so, but I guess IF it will be released, it'll be full game? Because he keeps working on in few years already. So we can only hope that this much time will be enough for complete product.

He allegedly worked on a game called "Queens Trainer", but this information is already 2 years old.... he is now also called Akaman. Personally, I think that since he has a lot of problems with all the gamingleaks, including Star Cannel 34, he now earns his money as an illustrator.

I personally prefer the handmade, but I also think that sooner or later AI will be indispensable in the gaming industry, even if it's just backgrounds, or for a quick framework, etc.

I'd say you should play once. This is still rather nice (and complete) story, and while Silver does have more content it is always good to see the how the original story went.

There used to be a version that was just the original story but it had tutoring sessions you had to do together with Hermione. Maybe it was a previous version of the silver mod but it was actually really good.

Anyone know where I can get that version?

Yes. Silver has the tutoring sessions, and they are still in the game, as Hermione was barely touched lately.
