it is 1.37.3. i just download it last week

just re-download everything and my old save work just fine, still bug out...
also, try put them in both game file and Roaming/RenPy

I'm no artist, so creating new characters from scratch is completely outside my ability. But I have been working on getting Daphne working in the new system with some success, but I just don't have the free time to do it. I've maybe had 2 hours of time to work on this since my last update. Currently I have her paper doll and 1 outfit functional. At this rate she should be back in by the time Team Silver completely changes the game again (ha ha).

Anyone happen to have 1.35b lying around? I wanted to give the legacy version of the mod a go, seemed to have a lot more in it.
