Tested:

Only the very last mini patch for 2 cloth items works with the last version of the game (1.37.4).

All the previous versions of this "extras pack" don't work with the game at all. Basically..don't bother.

I just realised that the changelog in the OP shows which patch works with which version, the one with more content and that works with 1.36.2 is WTS_ExtrasPack_061819.
