This is my 99% complete save file. I can't seem to get past public favours I think it's glitched.

So I have unlocked both endings now, Hermione did any and every favour there is, Cho's storyline is completed as is Tonks', pretty much everything is maxed out but I still cannot gift Hermione with the collar for example or unlock scenes where Snape has a go at her and so on. Or the scene with Harry and Cho standing in the office. Seems like half of the stuff mentioned in the changelog is also missing. Like some outfits for Tonks. And instead for potion options there is only a make up option in Hermione's wardrobe. And the Weasley are not selling any potions either.
Am I missing something?

I don't think those scenes are in there. Harry is not in this game at all. I think you're thinking of another mod.

And, as has been said in probably 100 posts over the last six months, potions are currently disabled as they update

Sounds like you could undo it then. The in-game also refers to Witchers when it comes to sterility. None of that in the game.
