It's not the only one, several games use assets from that brief time when they were publicly available in a paperdoll generator.
Bitch Breaker uses heavily modded art assets which are made worse by crayon or MS Paint or whatever the "artist" used.
There was another one where I called the dev out on it and he denied it, then said the art was public domain and Akabur gave him permission to use it, which would require Akabur talking to someone who isn't paying him (and that's not going to happen).
