Multithreading had a severe bug, causing texture corruption, which I've fixed on dev, and will be pushing an update sometime today.

Hello everyone,
Today marks another milestone for the project, and just as promised a year ago, we have finally completed translation support and are now able to include other languages in the game. The first two languages who our dear fans have helped translate are Chinese and Russian. A heartfelt thank you to all our fans from around the world who have generously contributed their time and effort to make this possible!
On top of that, the patch also fixes the last few major bugs that have been lingering around. Now the game should run smoother than ever before.
Keep an eye out for more updates in the coming days and weeks as we’re going back to a more frequent update schedule, and will be posting developer builds for our supporters on gold and higher tiers.

There's not a lot of story in it - the original story is just molest Hermione until she cries about a dress, buy and give her the dress from the tailor on the map and you see one of the original endings.
Cho's story is just giving her tasks until they are all done, sometimes you need to talk to Hermione, Tonks or hang with Snape and that's it.
Susan Bones is useless on her own (so far) and the slytherin girl can help abuse Bones after she is caught. Tonks can molest students off screen and there objects you can buy in Fred and George's shop and there's some potions you can make in Snape's office. Oh and Luna comes by twice and afterwards you can buy a copy of her dad's paper and then you can molest her as well.
Honestly, there is not alot of story here, so the only real choice in the game is if you want to see Hermione be "Normal", "Slutty" or "Public slut" in her ending (tied to public tasks). Basically just summon the girls, give them tasks, if they get angry wait or give them a gift per day, write papers to get money and hang with Snape to make sure Slytherin is in the lead, so Hermione will put out.

I remember there was an event with Tonks drunk during class hours. Is is in still the game? How to trigger? or What version has it?

should be still and it could be when herm gets ravaged by plant.
Getting noticeable freezes when advancing conversation. Is this normal? All settings are in their default values. Anything I need to change to get rid of those freezes?

If your CPU/GPU is older than 10 years, and/or you do not have an SSD, it's normal. Otherwise, try turning on multi-threading as it will load images asynchronously on a separate thread to avoid render stalls.
I always try to test the game on an integrated graphics, like a laptop or a Steam Deck, or even android devices, and always try to optimize code until it runs at at least 120 FPS, but WTS is not your typical Visual Novel, and certain things like shaders or complex underlying systems have some overhead, hence the need for minimal requirements posted on our website.
Noticed the freezes only happen when the character sprite(the big one) needs any kind of update like pose or facial expression. My laptop is 5~ years old. Is it normal to get freezes?

not very stable, some pad like samsung S7+ cant even start a new game. crash when first time Hermione came in and talk.talk to other is fine, run in my phone is fine. it just, not stable.
