Just curious, what is a fascistic currency supposed to be?
no idea if im onto something but i checked his last postings and found a comment written in vietnamese. Ill assume hes from vietnam.
After the vietnam-war some vietnamese people might not be the biggest fans of the US and therefore the Dollar.

I could be entirely wrong but i feel like this makes at least some sense lol

It makes sense from their POV, but it doesn't make their side morally superior. The current government were the aggressors during the Vietnam war and they did some messed up stuff in the years following it.

from what I’ve seen, they’ve been changing things in the game’s system overall, improvements and all, but always with the idea that at some point the focus would shift to the content, which is what the audience actually cares about.

That’s something the game Ravager really lacks in its updates, in my opinion: lots of changes, but very little new gameplay that the community actually enjoys. I just hope at some point they finally find their rhythm and start focusing more on that part, new content and scenes, instead of details like the UI or clothing system, which should really be secondary in the updates.

I’ve seen a lot of comments here and in the Sandcrab topic about the slow pace of updates and attempts to calculate how much money the developers are making from donations.

Personally, I think counting donations — especially if they aren’t your own — is not a great idea.

In my opinion, we’re partly to blame for this situation. Back when Akabur's original games first came out, there wasn’t a huge selection of titles in the genre, so even games with deeply written dialogues but mediocre visuals felt impressive. That’s why this particular mod received so much support in the beginning.
But when you get a lot of support without much pressure or expectations, it’s easy to relax and slow down, releasing updates less and less frequently. Today, many people aren’t happy with that approach—especially now that there are many more games out there.

So instead of focusing on how much money the developers make, let’s talk more about the game itself. If you disagree with the direction they’re taking, just unsubscribe from their Patreon and support creators whose work you enjoy more.

As for me, I personally value games with a well-developed plot more than just a collection of high-quality images or sex scenes. That’s why I still appreciate this mod and check in every six months or so to see what’s new.

I agree, calculating amounts doesn’t mean anything. There’s no direct correlation between how much money is donated and how fast updates come out. At most, you could criticize the supporters who keep donating without seeing results.

Now, talking about the game itself, the updates do bring quality. Personally, I wasn’t that into Luna’s look in some scenes, I don’t know, she looked kind of chubby to me, but the actual content of the dialogues is consistent with the characters’ personalities, funny, and interesting.

Cho’s scenes I think are fantastic, and I can’t wait for more. Same with Astoria, I’m really looking forward to her. In the end, for me, the most important thing is new, quality content. I get that some parts of the code need to change and that’s essential, but at the end of the day what both I and the community really want is solid content being delivered consistently.

When I lose the first snape fight, I get an end-screen with the Genie in jail and the text "That's all folks!" No clicking, space, esc etc. progresses past this screen. I'm stuck on it

I dont remember it being hard to beat him. You block his attack, i think you have hp potions, not sure, been a while. Just block his attack, attack him and heal up when low on hp. Sounds straight forward. Good luck.
