One improvement I really think is needed is to be able to overwrite exiting set when you save the set.
Also, non-clothing elements (tattoos, makeup etc...) need to be separate from the clothing set.
For example just to add makup to the girl or chance hair style I need redo all clothing sets I already use.

Word, man. Having to delete/save them is really boring. Also, i really hope that the devs prioritize Susan to astoria XD

might be a stupid Q but whats the difference between chibis and CG images?
I got a prompt to choose them at the start of the game

basically, Chibis will give you mostly the old (Akabur) H scenes with small animations/CG, which might reduce lag on slow computers.
CG will always try to give you the Silver Studio CGs unless there might be a scene where it's not possible.

As of version 1.39.2, I've got public favours for Hermione "Shes Bait" and "Shes a flirt" how and/or what do I need to do to get her to "Let a classmate molest her" she keeps saying that its too much for her to do or something shes at least tier 6.... nah, i'm done with this until next version.

For me it was the clothes scheduling for Hermione, once I turned that off she stayed in what I gave her.

Haven't tried scheduling particular outfits yet, maybe later when there is more content

That's in the original one as far as I remember. Silver version removed that and did a bunch of combining favors together. I don't know if the other witch trainer mod kept it in either as I haven't played it in forever.

For you and all of those that might still have the error :

I had it aswell. Restarting did nothing, booting in admin did nothing.

But I found the issue.
Update your DirectX. I did it, it worked instantly.
