Hello, I was looking into fixing some of the bugs in the game,
but when I run ren'py script checker on it there was a lot of nonexistent labels,
so my question is if this is something for future work or just old forgotten code that should be cleaned up?

Started working on a player guide. The UI is in place but now I have to write all the texts and tell it at which step of the game you are at, which will require a lot of work.
The hints will be visible and vague, the "next step" feature will be visible once you click on it (don't try to make sense out of the pixelated text. It's gibberish except for two words.). And the Tips will have a new tip every day. Either something useful, funny, other random stuff.

Had a lot of help yesterday from @MoJo who helped me hook up all the text I had for the guide.
I have turned the Guide into a proper Quest System!
With one Main Quest, and several Side Quests that we are going to add!
The UI is just missing some arrows.
The Quest Name and Objective is fixed to the Quest,
but the Hint and Next Step change is dependent on where you are at in the Quest!
The Tip/Fact of the day adds a new tip every new day, as the name suggests.
Except for when Hermione is mad at you. Then it gives you a Gift suggestion instead!
It shows you one out of many Gifts that are best suited for her Whoring level! (or the opposite like the one in the image.)
This won't be in the next update but maybe in the one after that!

So I was thinking we need to change how the top bar is working so that their space for new characters and the current characters have a button each, I was thinking something like this what are you saying???
So you change between the characters UI up in the top bar and we can just add the image for each character as they are unlocked in the game. Very interest in what you have to say before i begin to implement anything

They will be free for now but you will have to buy or unlock them eventually.

I really like the new planned design for the inventory and wardrobe

Dunno what plans Mo has for this but I would probably just make it one button that has "Stats" written on it. You open it and it summons a screen of Hermione's stats. You hit an arrow and it goes to the next girl, and so on...
You can't infinitely expand the top bar, and the place you want to expand it is already occupied with the dialogue menu (Skip Button,...)
Hopefully in the next update. Expect a lot of bugs with those new clothing items though. Like when Hermione lifts her top we haven't added an image for the pink pullover yet. So stuff like that needs to be fixed eventually.
What about something like this? the button is for each character and it only shows the character that is unlocked and dynamically moves to the right as you unlock more.
or I could change it to something like the new wardrobe system but where you have stats to the right and pictures of each character to the left instead of cloth.
because arrows could end up with being annoying if there are many characters that you have to scroll through.
What do you think about this

This looks pretty good!
I personally want to have another look at the stats screen. Right now it's quite large for showing very little information.
Instead of the 4 different pages maybe you can get all the information into two.
Make the character sheet 2x5 instead of the current 3x5, maybe even 2x4 (doubt we will ever have that many characters anyways).
I want to add a stats screen for the wardrobe too so it would be handy if the character sheet could be turned off, since I won't need it in the wardrobe.
That stats button is good, but I would position it to where it was before, and move the calendar and gold counter back to where it was.
And be careful with using the current dev build. @MoJo already added the guide which has a severe bug right now that can corrupt your saves.
