Clicking on her seems to be fine, I suspect the actions with devil horns are a no go, I just talked through all her options and petted her a ton while doing what others said to do

Try in Region setting : Formats : Japanese and in admin language for unicod : japanese

Try in Region setting : Formats : Japanese and in admin language for unicod : japanese
Usualy admin language is enough to make it work but sometime without Japanese in format it bug out or take forever to load try it. (for me with both language change it take around 1-2s to load a save or 2-3s starting a new game)

You need to have her sex level to 2 (40+ or it is 30+ well one or another don't remember exactly but i'm sure it's between 30-40max) to get a 100% pleasure meter.

there was no thunder in any of the days.

if you go the buddah route, meaning no sexual acts whats so ever. there will be thunder on one of the days.
Just do all the conversations, text her while shes at school, and spam her with headpats. no evil or lewd things until day 20.
