At times in the game, Marina can get the perverted status where she's basically in heat. Is this rng or is there a way to trigger this?
I feel like you get a loop pretty early on? You should be able loop right away, it is just the speed of the loop that can change. You can change the speed at the very top right-ish
Please, does anyone know how to marry her or, more importantly, how to impregnate her? I've already level up her lust and love level to level 4.

Did you ever get yours to work? I played for a while and am already in the endless mode and all of a sudden one time when I loaded up the game, I get stuck on the loading screen after the MaronMaron icon and game warnings. I never make it to the menu.
I've tried everything, using locale emulator, changing the actual locale, regional format and even my timezone to Japan, upon restart, nothing changed! Still get stuck at the same loading screen. I've tried reinstalling, even moving a way the data stored in locallow where the save data is. I'm going crazy because it seems most others' issues are fixed by using locale emulator but it does nothing for me. One even said after waiting an hour, theirs continued past the loading screen, nothing happened after waiting many hours for me. Like literally overnight, nothing.
Update:I can play now, my issue was that I moved it to another folder and that folder was too nested so the folder path for the game was too long.

Ok, I have done everything posted here to get the good ending with no avail...
1) Spam petting, conversation, seeing her off and texting
2) Not accepting any of her advances (buddha crap always)
3) No lewd options
She gets pissed when I refuse sex and then the game ends (ED5) in the last day (no way to up the affection score after when she gets pissed). Did it three times with the same result
In the 4th playthrough, I thought to myself "fuck it" and accepted her sex proposition, that way she didn't get pissed, and I was able to up the affection score to 102, I still got the same ending (ED5)
In none of the playthroughs I got the thunder scene and in none of them I got the option at the end to get her to stay with me as well
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. If any good soul can point me in the right direction I would be forever grateful

As you said yourself, you gotta go with the Buddha way. And yes she will be pissed, but still just try to pet her, talk to her and see her off when she goes to school. After few days there will be storm at night and he you will get an option to hold her tight or no. Hold her tight and she will stop being mad. After that she will want to leave, DO NOT let her leave and voila, you made it into the endgame.
The EN uncensored version of Moaning Wood (or however it's going to be called) hasn't been released yet.
For example in this part, i should have unlocked penetration, but it's just doesn't prompt me the option, only the basic function of licking and analingus.

Dont have sex with her or anything like that for a couple of days and she'll get it. she'll also jump on you if you reject her after she ask to have sex.

Just in case someone is struggling as me to get this crap to go beyond day 19 here is a detailed walkthrough:
DAY 2 TO 9
1) Don't create any clothes, focus just in actions with Marina
2) Always use "See her off" in the morning"
3) Spam "consider" - "Text message"
4) Spam the conversation option until everything is used up
5) Spam "play" (try to buy Othello and Cards as soon as possible, you are not going to be able to use them when she gets pissed)
6) Petting gives you 1pt of affection, so you should exhaust all of the above and save this for when she get pissed
DAY 10 TO 14-15
1) Refuse sex
2) Spam petting and see her off, those are the only ones that increase affection
3) Spam "consider" "Text message" - not sure if it works for something but better to be safe
4) You should get the thunder scene between day 14 or 15 (don't remember) if you don't, you fucked up, and you need to start again
5) Don't do any clothing shit, focus on the above
DAY 15 TO 18
1) Now you can talk to her again, spam until exhausting all options
2) Spam petting and see her off
3) "Play" doesn't work here so don't bother
4) On the night of day 18 you should get a short scene of her in the balcony, you are almost there if you see it
5) Again, don't do any clothing shit, focus on the above
DAY 19
You get the option to get her to stay YAY.... but you thought the grinding was over? WRONG...now the real grinding begins

Additional info: I got to day 10 with around 60 affection points and to day 18 with 92 or so, use these as benchmarks
