I like the game a lot but I wish there was a way to review all the choices you've made from the start. I have three different saves but cannot remember what I did in each.
Call me old fashioned, but isn't it better just to read a good book in this case?
I's not easy to find an AVN with a well written story. So no, in my case I play for lewd scenes and not just average vanilla pron but for kinks. I have no problem getting sex IRL and if I'm bored with that there is pron, and if I'm bored with pron there are kinky AVNs. And if I want a good story, I read a book or watch a movie.

Ever heard of a graphic novel. Go tell all those people to 'just go read a book'....Call me old fashioned, but isn't it better just to read a good book in this case?

There's actually a hell of a lot of very well written AVN's with great stories (where the sex is a part of the story..not the actual focus)....you just gotta find them. I also 'play' AVN's for story first, always and really can't comprehend how anyone over the age of 14 can 'get off' to an AVN...pics and 2 second clips/frames stopped doing it for me 40 years ago. But each to their own I guess.

I mean, If you are so into porn - you just could go to a porn website instead of playing a game, I am sure you can find video with any fetish there.
And besides, if you don't like it, then why playing it, you are not forced, right? You're demanding smth from Dev, who's game you are playing for free as you stated.

Maybe you should play more then (I'm at almost 700 tried)...or maybe I find certain stories more interesting? Also against forum rules to discuss other games in a VN's thread.
Also saves gigabytes of data, time and then having to find the lewds. Like seriously, if you want to see porn..an AVN is the absolute worse way of doing it lol.
maybe to you but a book doesn't do it for me nor regular video games once I started playing these. I find im able to enjoy the story of a AVN alot more than any book or video game because of the what I feel for for the characters, granted ive haven't read alot of books but I have read some. Also it's not all about the story for me. I find the character and relationship building more important to me as that's the main reason I can enjoy these games more than a video game , tv show or whatever. As the character building makes me actually feel more for these characters than in other forms of entertainment and I quite enjoy that. Also just because I value the porn aspect as the least important thing doesn't mean I dont like it, I treat that as a bonus that's nice to have but it doesn't matter one way or another.Call me old fashioned, but isn't it better just to read a good book in this case?

I played quite a number of them. A few have good stories, the great majority are meh. But I'm a guy spoiled by some very good fiction books. For some people who haven't read anything apart of comic books the impression from the AVNs may differ.
Who said that I'm "so into porn"? I said I play AVNs because they bring new or different sexual experience but I'm not using them as dating sims. And I definitely prefer good books for a good story.

I've read plenty of books in my time...never really been a comic fan, I do like graphic novels though.
I'll agree though yes, most are very meh...like I said, I'm close to 700 tried/played...28 I've kept (completed), 19 are on my current fave list, 44 following casually with 17 an update away from being dropped. Not very good percentages really, or I'm just very fussy (most likely the issue).

Just got done with the update, and yeah I enjoyed it.
Not sure I've said this before but I think the way Ker had been developing branches has been done pretty well; branches typically runs the risk of choices going off in all directions and game becoming somewhat of a mess in terms of narrative. But I don't think there's an issue with that yet.
The whole "which LI could I trust, and which should I suspect?" aspect just keeps the players on their toes, and I do hope there's a good payoff with this.

Just found out about this game and decided to try it. One downside and one goodside so far. Downside is, there are so many games that uses amnesia that it feels over-done imo. Goodside is, I love games with branching storylines that makes it feel like what you chose matters. Even if it ends the same way after every possible choice is made, the interactions along the way are different.
I know that games like this with branches take a bit longer for updates because of said branches, but I will keep an eye out for this one from now on.

I don't. I was born in rather low income family, went to a very average school and everything I have in my life is the result of my conscious life choices.
Still, I'm able to distinguish between good story and shitty one as well as between good food and the trash.
With the books I don't have to go through 700 shitty ones to get 19 good stories. I can go directly to the good ones
