Some folks can't stand even optional NTR -- the mere possibility a character could cheat on some path, no matter if they personally picked that path or not, is enough for them to reduce appeal of the character. It may be very much "them" problem, but it doesn't really help in their situation.

As bad as that is, the ones who think that ANY female character fucking ANY male character in the game is NTR is the worst. These are the people who don't want male characters (other than the player) to exist in the game in any capacity,unless they are gay/dead/completely lacking in agency or virility. It's nearly religious in its fervor.

I mean the idea one wants to play as Peter Parker and pretend he's a chad in his daily life...
I haven't read comics in decades, but he never struck me as the ephitome of masculinity in his daily life, that was the whole allure, a goodie 2 shoes, for the most part, on the nerd/looser side that turns into a superhero, and the struggles to keep his normal life, well normal.
He's not Tony Stark or heck even Matt Murdock, he's Peter frigging Parker.

TBH, I think most players don't see themselves as playing as PP. I think they play as an idealized version of themselves no matter the setting. Which is why games without the option to customize the MC's name often have a mod that adds that option back in.

That's always a valid conversation on AVNs where there's actual choices/gameplay loops, problem here is you are not playing a generic MC, and even less so one you can rename.

Peter Parker had plenty of relationships from the mid 60' till 1987, when he settled down with a literal top model. The idea that Peter Parker was a complete loser comically beaten down by life, is a modern thing that came mostly out of the raimi films. Spider-man was in fact not far off from Deredevil when it came to life in general.

1. Unzip the file first.
2. Right-click the app → Open.
3. When the warning appears, right-click → Open again.

Let me know if this fixes it or if the issue persists.
I’m uploading an updated build later today (v0.1.1), so if you prefer, you can wait and try that version instead.

There’s already a fan-made Android port in the thread—just keep in mind it wasn’t made by me, so download at your own risk.
I’m uploading v0.1.1 later today, so you can also wait for someone to port that one (last time it took less than a day!).
And in the next update — very soon — I’ll try to bring an official Android version myself.

Can't open the app on the first place, doesn't happen with other games. Still happens after rebooting, and other mac computers (updated ofc)

That error usually happens when the ZIP gets corrupted during download. No one else has reported this, so the build should be fine.
Could you try re-downloading it and make sure to extract the ZIP before opening the app?
The next update is coming very soon too, so you’ll have a fresh build to test. Let me know if it works!

It tried with mega and gofile link provided in the first post, same result.
And i downloaded from optic fibrer network, it's all going fine. Maybe the zip in itself might be corrupted?

It shouldn’t be the ZIP itself — if it were, other Mac users would be seeing the same thing.

Could you try unzipping it again with the default macOS Archive Utility and then right-click → Open? Sometimes macOS is weirdly picky.

I know the answer but i can't help to check if you know it too since you are claiming to be a massive fan and i did see a lot of so-called fans don't know the answer to that question.

There are some really big changes from the real story of Peter Parker. 1st - The first person to who Peter admit he is Spider-Man was Gwen Stacy. 2nd - Mary Jane and Peter never did comunicate with each other, they start comunicate and dating 2 years after Gwen's death and before becoming Peter's girlfriend Mary Jane was in relationship with Harry Osborn and was also engaged for John Jameson(the son of Peter's boss at Daily Bugle). 3th - Felicia Hardy did meet Peter for first time as Spider-Man and she as Black Cat when Hardy was trying to get her father out of prison. They also had a relatioship for a while when Peter and Mary Jane did broke once again(after a several breaks) and when MJ become in relationship with another person. 4th - While at first Flash did bully Peter, eventually after a while he became friend with Peter, the key factor of which was Flash's admiration for Spider-Man,but Peter also did help him a few times when Flash did has some problems. 5th - Harry Osborn was in love with Mary Jane,although in some versions he also did has a crush on Gwen but MJ was the one who he really was in love with. He was never been able to date Gwen - Gwen was first and only with Peter and Harry eventually did end up marrying Liz Allan.
About Liz Allan - yes,she was first Flash's girlfriend before breaking up with him and start dating Peter for a short time but that was before Peter start dating Gwen. Their love was more of a platonic one and it didn't last long because of Peter's secret life as Spider-Man and she eventually end up marrying Harry Osborn but the Marvel universe focus more on Gwen,Mary Jane and Felicia and not everyone knows about Liz.

Tried with archive utility, and also the new version 0.1.1, it still won't work.

No one else has reported this, so the build should be fine.

Also tried on my other mac (updated to last version, redownloading the file every time) and exact same results, i assume it can't work on mac silicon for some reason. Any mac silicon user has indeed succeded launching the game?
I know some 32 bits software aren't supported anymore on mac, it might be the issue.
