While we are all eagerly anticipating the next update, these questions are repetitive and it is easy to get an answer to them: subscribe to the dev's Boosty. That is where he discusses those things, and as he is active on this forum, no one who does subscribe is going to go leaking it.
AI is very much capable to do that. Heck AI can do with no clothes at all. It's the censorship laws that sites have to follow that makes them disable nsfw content. Well, nobody's perfect. At least Russian parents don't build their houses on cemeteries or use them as garages for their taxis. The place is also very safe thanks to the Dementors that roam the cemetery.
