To describe the entire plot in the title of the game is a very high indicator. A competently made 1 release, reveals the whole essence of the plot, and does not inform that the game has begun. Black jeep, resurrected mother - an adult witness to the tragedy that occurred, and then everything is clear. Excellent start, I will impatiently wait as the author implements his ideas. That aside, whoever mentioned that the family being 'dead' and a 'surprise' when he enters Witness Protection, yeah, saw that coming just from the game description.
Not a bad start, will wait to see how the story goes and we find out more of what happened, which 'bad guy' will show up again, etc.
