I can't even get to the main menu because of this error to even start the game and ive tried evry download channel there is for the game
Unfortunately that is not something I can help with, as I do not have that issue.
the only thing I can think of is possibly your antivirus is interfering
another is holding the shift key while starting the game to get into the advanced settings and try a different render

My table, under the cheats section, only has money +1000 and outfits, no saves to use. is there any other way to get to those saves?
As I mentioned you need to start a new game, don't use/load an old save, it won't be availble.
I just tested it an it appears everytime I start a new game.
