No actually it's not that simple. It's not some overlay or something that can just be removed, Like a lot of 2D flash stuff has that so it's hackable to remove the censor. Same goes for 3D games that are active and Not pre-rendered animations. Seismic Games are all pre-rendered animations, so the censor can not be removed.
The only way the Animator would be able to distribute uncensored material is if they were to get an oversea's contract along with approval from Japan's MIC (Similar to the FCC in the US). All that is kinda costly for the content creator, plus a ton of legal hoops.
Like i'd love to have it uncensored too, but sometimes you just gotta except how things are.
Personally I'd Kill for a VR version.
