First of all, sorry for my English.
I would like to understand how to play because I go through the whole process and can't open the game due to "malware". If someone could teach me step by step, I would appreciate it.
Also, I can't download it from this site, as I said before, it doesn't even get installed because of the "malware" (false positive). However, I can download it without any problem from the creator's official website.

There should be a whitelist that you can add the game to, because whatever is telling you it has malware has a tendency to make mistakes.
This game has no malware.
Sorry for the possibly silly question, but I tried to use the Cheat Engine table that is here in the "saves & walkthrough" in the discussion and on the last current version of the game all values changed to "???" in Cheat Engine table , and I can’t change anything. I tried to manually search the addresses in the process memory, tried to find the "HP" parameter, but it didn’t work. Can I ask you to give me a hint where to dig in this case so that the Cheat Engine table works again?

Well, can someone tell how it's going up until now? How far has it gone with the latest updates?
Depends when's the last time you played..
A good bit? All demos are now paywalled and you can now press up on the start menu to teleport to the new content instantly.
3 ish years ago? Yeah he finally finished the arena on the cliffside. You'll have to beat all 3 challenges to progress to the final area.
Last year ish? The futanari surgery has been completed and will softlock your game (for now). The current content he's working on is Nona failing the surgery and being taken to the futa village. Think of this as a playable extended game over sequence. It's been in the works for the past few months so... expect no real updates for at least 6 months if that isnt your thing.
Current roadmap from Eluku to my knowledge.
Finishing the futa village "execution" sequence + all additional mobs
Final boss vs the minotaur + supposedly an additional extended game over sequence.
Defeating the minotaur leads to the good ending.
Idk if Eluku is gonna go through with the alternate route or not...

WOW, that's more than enough to be downloading the game again, thanks a lot for telling me all that info.
Btw, I didn't play for a like 3-4 months to let content build and not having to download it again each month, also another question if you don't mind me asking, if you had to put into tags, Which ones would you use?
(By the way, what I'm most interested in now, and what I was interested in before, are the scenes portraying these things: Inflation/Cumflation, Egglaying, All the way through and even nipple fuck, last one is optional)
