If you haven't figure it out.

Fourth option at main menu start, there should be some 'world' icon you click that and can change language to English.

But...

The language is Google Translate cause the English fucking sucks.

Actually it's a game - with lot of gameplay, plot & girls, have some question to graphic and animation, but overall it's very good.
Rly interested Raina's path, hope for continue.
