How do you do events where you assign rest and wait at a location? I'm stuck on any quest that requires this. What I'm currently doing is assigning rest, then waiting for everyone to be 'idle' on the world map and going to the location, but nothing happens. Stuck on all of these so far: 'The Gym', 'Bio Lab Research', 'Mystery Of The Cookie Eater'.

The girl must be the only one off at the time you want her there, no one else can be off at that time.

I dont know when there is no "talk" option with AI when I call her to bedroom. I cant invite Tony/Robyn to collect the taxes now...
Copper Cable can only be crafted. 1 Copper Cable is crafted from 1 Copper Plate. Copper Plate can be found in various buildings, such as a Warehouse, or crafted from 10 Scrap Copper (or later - 1 Copper Ore).
Electronic circuits can be crafted. 1 Copper Plate and 1 Plastic Bar produce 3 electronic circuits. Plastic Bars can be found in various buildings, such as a Hospital, or crafted from 10 Scrap Plastic. Electronic Circuits can also be found in various buildings, such as a Hospital.

Not really enough information to tell you what to do.
My best guess is that you have completed the dead world quest with Tony's hammer. If so, you can no longer call Tony or Robyn to pay taxes.
This can occur with almost any of the 4 additional characters that start in the chamber.
You have to be in the NRF and not have any other odd reactions that occur on the day they either are released from the chamber (not certain on this one, but I seem to recall that it has happened at least once to me) and on the day after they are released when they appear and talk to you.
This might also apply to others later that have special conditions to first appear to you, such as Sakura, Alexi, Megan and Sarah.
If you are in the NRF and something happens that blocks their appearance, you can edit the save file and change the time back to 8:00. If you are not in the NRF (such as staying overnight in Houston) you are out of luck, though I think you could also edit the save file - I'm just not sure what to edit in that case.

i have a bug for the Step Van i built 2 of them one in the storage and one in the squad and i have gas and units of food? i have tons of food in the shelter and gas(cheat) but every time i talk to Ai it says i need a vehicle and 20 units of food and gas and in storage not in squad to talk to them
