Were the kitchen drawers empty when you came in?
Only clickable drawers are locked ones, no key. None of other drawers have even box to click.
The key has a number of the chamber, it's the main character chamber, jack's chamber.
This is situtation of Kitchen where you should get items to get that key

i alredy research factory, but there's no build factory in build manager
I tested here with a new save, and it's worked fine, maybe something can have bugged it.
