Two key bugs (that is bugs relating to keys, not key as in important)
Key Special B doesn't open the little box by the bedroom door, despite the message that pops up telling you need that key to open it. (It's also possible this box just isn't ready to be opened)
The final box in the chamber 01 (MC's chamber) doesn't match the final key for that chamber. The key is called "Small Hardbox Chamber 01 Key", while the box is looking for "Chamber 1 Box Key". Changing the name of the key (or adding a key with the appropriate name) in the save lets you open this box. (which contains nothing important, just some scrap metal)
---- Shower bug ---
Spying on Kassandra in the shower - the leave button doesn't work. This is also a great example of why the super aggressive autosave is an issue - the game saves when the shower encounter starts meaning this bug is potentially fatal.
The autosave should really not be overwriting the last save the player made. An autosave at the beginning of the day would be fine, saving on every click and screen transition just seems like unnecessary wear on the hard-drive.

There is a lot good stuff in this game, I like it a lot. As I am not a paying supporter, I don't really feel like my input on content or whatever is valid. So my lack of feedback on the actual game is not due to lack of interest. (and this is not a criticism of anyone else that does give feedback, just my personal hangup)
