Did 5.3.0 continue the story at all or was it just to add the function to skip the goddess sections?

When I quickly loaded my last save, it looks like it just added the functionality. Because the next screen after my save was end of game, as it was with the previous update.

Goddesses' scenes would not be nearly as bad if they toned them down. They are a bit too Greek god. I kinda like Hana messing with PC but the overt violence and mental scarring can be tone down,

Honestly, it's more weird that the goddess treat the protagonist so badly sometimes, when he has not really done anything to deserve it. The watching and laughing and other stuff like playing with his penis I get but some of the other stuff is too harsh. Feel they could just whisper suggestions in his ear vs bodyjacking him(which could lead to comedy sometimes).

The whole game seems to be written to portray the MC as a punching bag. He is decidedly the lowest rung on that particular pecking order. Whether it's the goddesses or the women of the world he is in, he is treated as trash barely worth keeping alive.

I guess that is the dev's fetish/kink?

I haven't played it in a while, and I don't know how the game held up, but without the Goddesses it was a decent, interesting game. With the Goddesses, it was absolute crap. I honestly don't think it's improved.
