That tag is from an older update. Also, it's mentioned both in the game and on Patreon that future updates will include sandbox content.
If you want to play sandbox, you can try the Before The Rework version, but keep in mind that your save file might not work in the new version.

Yeah and there are going to be another 8 games that will come out this year that will be using the same assets. Dev's retarded and keeps on restarting the same game over and over, deal with it or just ignore it like everybody else seems to anyways.

Yes, the developers of LessoninLoyalty, World of Secrets and Rock The Rim are connected. 3 teams making 3 games under the umbrella of RWA Studios. More specifically, the developers were able to release the beginning of Rock The Rim thanks to joining RWA and were given similar models to implement their ideas.

They were doing also Lust of Pain and Silent House under the name Vilkas Creative, both went on remake and then abandoned. I don't know if they parted the team but the assets and style are the same.
Now they are doing three VNs under the name RWA Studios.

In short, the developers don't have a very good opinion of Vilkas. He was the guy who started new projects to attract new sponsors. He perverted their original idea in "Silent House". Now "World of Secrets" is a remake and a return to their original ideas.
Lust of Pain is more Vilkas' property. But now he is left alone with his project. And it seems that Vilkas alone is not a warrior in the field.

Boring as shit, tried to read for 5min, fell asleep, read a bit more, was a little Simon and Jack NTR, held ctrl looking for their ntr scenes finished in 10min wasn't any, maybe will check back in 3 years where there is some actual good ntr in this vanilla snoozefest.
About two days ago they released the development update for this game and the other two from rwa, could someone post the development update here to know how the progress is going? According to me, all 3 should be close to being released.

Greetings, Seekers of Secrets,
We’re getting very close to wrapping up v0.6.3!
Most of the core work is done — this update includes everything mentioned in our previous dev post: the reworked freeroam system, SoulSwipe, NameIt!, and the new main menu with mode selection.
We’re now finalizing remaining renders, finishing code integration, and running internal tests to ensure everything works as expected.
Fun fact: We’ve already started working on content beyond this update—v0.6.3 sets the stage for what’s next.

Another qol update again... So still not really new content as there won't be ANY new animations included. Easily skippable if you ask me...
