So, firstly, they originally released it on 'Monday Dec 4th' so the poster said but they realized they made a mistake after people wrote comments on their wall saying that it's already past and changed the date to 'Monday Dec 6th' - yes, that's what they changed it, too. Secondly, the v0.1.1a update didn't even show any cutscenes, it just showed the mc going to the bathroom, what the changing rooms looked like inside and showed how to watch tv with the tv remote on the side of the screen. Fun, right?

Thirdly, they said they were going to release the second half (v0.1.1b) 1-2 days after the release of 1a. When asked about it, they said and I quote "We actually released the game on December 10th. The post was published on December 2nd. So today or December 13th at the latest, version 0.1.1b of the game will be released to our boss users." So to sum up, they released it on the 6th and said it was released on the 10th. They said the second half would be released no later than the 13th, well the 13th is today. So they either need a fucking calendar for Christmas or they are just stringing people along with lies.

Game looks awesome but very hard to play , VN was good making it Sandbox was worst decision , atleast add in game clues or walkthrough mod to make it playable.

Yeah like I said, they suck at timeframes. They probably don't even know if their on Earth or not.

Dev got excellent characters, story set up and presentation. But ... they end up recycling everything into new games. There is never any continuity. It's difficult not to get hopes up but it's always the same .... never ending waiting followed by a let down. Meh!

I downloaded and tried the remake.
There are no questions about the illustrations - excellent, as in the original version.
The idea seems to be the same as in the original, so I'm just waiting. The idea is very good.
Two questions.
One subjective, not to the point - why did they give the main character an overly large butt? This is subjective, but the prototype had a chiseled figure, and the new version has a wider rear. The main character needs to eat less sweets or play sports
Now let's get down to business.
Why did you make a sandbox? A sandbox is always a complication of the game process, interaction between the user and the program. It is appropriate when it makes sense and the developers have enough patience to fully implement their plans.
Judging by the sandbox map, a gigantic number of potential locations - the developers have big plans, but their implementation will require a lot of work and time.
Yes, there are successful examples, the games “Man of the House” or “Mistwood Manor”, but such examples are rare, there are catastrophically few of them.
In this sandbox there are no hints yet - try to find a school or library on the map, you will see for yourself... you have to click at everything in order to continue the development of the plot.
If the developers decided to make a remake and abandon the first version, then they had good reasons for this, I accept this, respect and am grateful that the product was not abandoned. But please don't complicate the game unnecessarily.
