I still wish the VN had an easier to navigate mechanic for the sandox. Take Desert Stalker for example, the VN makes it clear whne you reach the end of the content or if you need to do more actions before you get a new scene, also the map is simple, straight to the point and doesn't have navigating the whole thing in a confusing manner.

I like the story and the models are gorgeous, but the sandbox mechanic is what makes me stop playing.

you have to attend an afternoon class and after it ends you meet the dean automatically
as for the papers, you get it from simon(u shd have met him before going to the tattoo parlour in week 1 Wednesday)
