To be fair, it doesn't help that part 2 crashes if you press the "new game" button. At least for version 0.3.1.

I mean, it has been story of magic and scifi mixing from the start. Sure the beginning showed magic more prominently, but the scifi side was there obvious in the writing. Personally i find mixing scifi and fantasy interesting, and a rare thing sadly. Sure there's risk of dilution, as you put it, but do remember that this story has barely scratched the surface so far. And yes, some things could have been implemented better, like showing that you and the cyborg are the same. It's not unheard of for someone in a fantasy story to have two bodies that act and function independently. What is the problem here, in my opinion, is that dev didn't show it to us well enough, instead resorting to mostly telling about it to us.
Now will we ever get to see the full potential of this story the dev envisions, only time will tell. And while the story is interesting already, dev should do well with practicing their writing to be able to convey their idea better.

Yeah, I do agree with most of what you say, and I fully acknowledge how difficult it is to even convey the concept of a single consciousness inhabiting two bodies. And, maybe an (A)VN isn't the best medium to tell that kind of story. We see that these two bodies aren't the same, and the UI makes us switch between their perspectives. Both of these reinforce the idea that these two bodies are different people. And in a way they are, at least until their memories sync up.
I think a true test of this concept would be something traumatic happening to one of the bodies and seeing the other also bear those consequences through the shared memory. I'd even argue that the dev already missed an opportunity to do this with the android's missing arm. The human is getting memories that include missing an arm, and I think that would have an effect. Maybe even a kind of body dysmorphia where there's confusion about what each body is capable of. The human would have more issues with this than the android, since it can better process and compartmentalize memories.
I think you hit the nail on the head, and that we're not yet past the sale or haven't yet been able to suspend our disbelief due to the esoteric nature of what's happening.

Okay, let's twist the iron bar, since you don't seem to understand. The fucking sharing comes when, for example, the real MC goes to fuck some chick. So that fucking tin can knows, feels, and remembers everything the same as the real MC. So it's the same thing as if that fucking piece of junk went to fuck that woman himself.

what the dev should have done was make 2 different games one with the magic then the same mc goes to the second game.

I have also mentioned the fantasy over the sci-fi several time and its a no brainer that the fantasy part of the story is by far better and more interesting. I also suggested that to be the main focus and leave the sci-fi till later as a spin-off or something.
That being said, I am fairly miff at the lack of content once again in the latest update. Be this because the dev created so many paths that to give each content is too much work, well thats an oversight on the devs part and doesnt change the fact that on my path, which is very liberal and almost all content is enabled, there is still maybe 5min of content. This AVN has huge potential but it will take longer than Star Citizen to complete at this rate...very disappointing and honestly not worth downloading or supporting until enough content is provided.
I haven't played the game in a long time, so I have a quick question: has the MC meet his biological mother?
As i remember, the black mother is his stepmother and friends with his real mother. and CMIW the black sister is Half sister right? (same father?)

I honestly don't understand why Dev is so fixated on this cyborg. If he likes Sci-Fi settings so much, he should have finished this game first and then created a second one in the setting he wants. I last played a year ago, and unless you skip the cyborg, the game is currently at a standstill. And no matter how much he tries to prove that the cyborg and MC are one and the same, they are two different personalities because the cyborg thinks independently, separate from MC, and it doesn't matter if their memories are synchronized—they are still two different personalities. It's almost like if the developer cloned himself. I wonder if he would consider the clone himself.
