From the changelog:i give this game a year before it enters "complete remake" territory or gets abandoned
According to a few posts back, that should happen in 0.3, which will also make saves incompatibleIs this the update where the dev rewrote the intro to the cyborg and how the storylines will works in an attempt to make it more palatable? If so I would replay it to make an informed opinion.
I will wait then but it's weird that the changelog said it's a preparation for the 0.3 if saves won't be compatible.According to a few posts back, that should happen in 0.3, which will also make saves incompatible![]()
And I quote:I will wait then but it's weird that the changelog said it's a preparation for the 0.3 if saves won't be compatible.
v0.3.0 is the next game breaking update after v0.3.0. and in this update I am bundling changes that require a restart and make old savegames incompatible.
lol so instead of doing content for a second MC nobody asked for in a single MC game he's now doing reworks and dreams (aka scenes that don't progress the story at all)From the changelog:
v0.2.23
Reworked and extended existing scenes and added dream sequences across the timeline.
This is a preparation update for v0.3.0 and does not continue the story line!
It has already begun![]()
What do you think? It claims to be universal, so try it. ...hello
is it ok for the last version ?
lol now I get it, a bunch of people had an absolute meltdown and that's why we're in "rework" hell. Good job listening to the loudest players.Said it before and I'll say it again.
This dumpster fire won't stop burning until the cyborg is retroactively removed from the story, and the "real" MC content continues uninterrupted.
No amount of Olympic gold level mental gymnastics via dev notes will make people like it.
When devs change how things work and perhaps triggers, it makes it so that saves rarely work, since the save is referencing to things that have been changed in the code. Some times it is necessary thing to do in order to make the game/story better. It rarely takes too long for you to get to the point where you were in the game by skipping, so personally don't see point in complaining if the game is changed for better. Also if you had bothered to read the changelog, it changed and edited previous events, with additional stuff added there and did not continue the story from where previous update ended.I fire up the update, go to my last save and... it's the end of the game. And now they're nuking saves too? Lol, hard pass.
lol bricking saves is the stupidest thing devs do. why are they so desperate to drive away players?
the only think the dev is listening is his declining paying patreon numberslol now I get it, a bunch of people had an absolute meltdown and that's why we're in "rework" hell. Good job listening to the loudest players.
