Totaly no! Cus every new version of MNL have new CommonEvents.json file with impotant change in it...

Just click on the option, if it was enabled and you disable it, you'll receive a message that says something like "everything is as it shouldn't be", and if it's enabled it'll say that "everything is as it should be"... If you have a switch editor or viewer or whatever, just look if variable #1978 Incest is ON or OFF.
