I understand your concern but I assure you that these tags were truly just hanging on by a thread at this point (and have been since last July lol), and your comments, while they did influence me technically, really just made me realize that it was finally time I removed them and put that whole thing to rest, so to speak lol. I can be rather stubborn at times but I can also admit when I'm wrong, and it was certainly time to just delete those tags lol. The tags were on life support and I was kind of just looking for a reason to finally remove them, so thank you for that!
Ah, I see! That makes a lot of sense now. I'm glad my comment just helped confirm what you were already thinking. My mind is now relaxed after hearing this. Appreciate the open discussion and how receptive you are to feedback!
Just started downloading the game—when I have free time, I’ll give it a play. Looking forward to seeing how it all comes together!
Unless it is not true : Incest with " heavy themes of trauma and healing " in the narrative ?? never seen this on Patreon supported games... Just relationships adjustments at best...
If this is a slow burn, then how come the main LIs are already head over heels for the MC? I feel like i missed something, apart from potential erotic scenes, I'm talking specifically about the emotional side of things.
Anyway, good game overall. Keep it up, Beerus!
The simple answer is that the MC has known Abigail and Melissa for his entire life (obviously lol), so it isn't like they're strangers or hardly knew each other (Oh no, I'm returning "home" after being "kicked out" for "reasons" trope) before the game started. More like, the events of this game is what finally made them start "crossing the line". Hope any of this made sense lol.

Yes, I understand that reasoning and it's perfectly logical. Then, the slow burns applies to the sex scenes, am i right? If so, then that's wholly unnecessary, IMHO. If they already all love each other then there's no reason for them to not have sexual interactions.
No place is really safe anymore, albeit, believe it or not Steam They don't care about any of that content, they only care about "underage" characters and settings, sex in school which circles back to underage mostly, and copyrighted content.
The game is clearly not for you, and that's okay. Many people enjoy the story and the characters beyond "me need pretty girl to look at, me horny". If you are not one of them, please go to a thread that caters to what you like
i tried but couldnt get into it.. i love wrestling but the cody rhodes wanna be character design and the opening text based gameplay put me off proceeding further sorry
Any fucking yet?
Blowjob?
Or is this NTR tease/grind shite?
Can't hardly read the "CTRL"-text on my button anymore.
Beautiful women , great facial expressions but i won't get hard on this.
Talk , talk , talk but no action.
C'est la vie.
Good game overall, spent 4hrs, with breaks, reading. You need to tighten the dialogue, and monologues a little more. There's too much dead air where there's not supposed to be any. This might be because you're figuring out Renpy?
The drama is kind of overblown with the MC though. Game starts out grounded, and gets increasingly weird by adding mental and psychological issues, which I'd understand if it's a genetic thing from the Father figure, with him having psychopathic tendencies. Progression of MC's mental breakdown could've been done better, because visualizing it too much makes it cheesy and a little cringey.
Story progression is good, but we need to know if this is a kinetic novel or will there be choices that actually matter? Kinetic novel is fine if the story gets even better.
As a wrestling fan, it's nice to see a game that actually treats it seriously. I hate those 'sex wrestling' games.
About the game itself... I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say Abby is literally the best sister character I've seen in adult games. I love her jealousy & that scene where she poured her heart out to the MC after she caught Melissa sitting in his lap got me a bit teary eyed. It was so good. With that in mind, I think the fact that this is a harem game could end up being detrimental to the story. Don't get me wrong, I like Veda and Beverly looks pretty hot too but if the MC starts hooking up with other women, it cheapens the bond that's been built between him, Abigail and Melissa (in my opinion). Not only that, but based on Abby's behaviour so far, I can't see how she'd be happy about sharing her little brother with anyone other than their mom. I would hate to see her lose the jealous side of her personality because that's one of the things I like most about her.
P.S. If you ever put this game on Steam, I will buy it immediately. You'd probably have to replace any mention of high school with college for it to be accepted there, though.
I tried it because I think the topic of wrestling is very cool... but dude, just text, no decisions and no action... soooo boring. The game isn't for me... unfortunately.
Just got to the break section, you can use conditionals for menu options:

There's only a few choices currently, but each one is significant and will matter later in the game. I asked for the "VN" tag to be removed but F95 said "nah" I guess lol. Each Update will add at least one "dramatic choice" (with the speedlines and sound effect). Honestly speaking, I'd rather be more kinetic than not. It may not seem like a big deal for when games are early in development, but the longer the game goes, the more bloat and bloat and bloat will be added to development cycles because of all the branches/paths/etc. I'd rather not do that lol. Sorry if you don't like kinetic (or "kinetic") but I think it's best for Wrestling Dynasty and how I develop it.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback! I've been a lifelong fan of pro wrestling and I'm very passionate about it. I watch every show every week, there's live "watch along" chats in the Discord server for events, I mean I just love this shit lol. And yeah, it makes sense why the others immediately go to "sex wrestling" but I definitely do not intend to, especially with a male MC who will be having a full wrestling career himself, so... lol.
My aim is to present wrestling in the game as one of the biggest worldwide sports, and protect kayfabe at all costs. A recent review said the following:
I really didn't, it went on and on and I am pretty sure the idea that pro wrestling, while physically demanding and requiring tonnes of talent and performance, is fake - isn't touched on. The story seems to take it all as pretty serious i.e. struggling to win for so many years, when really its scripted for a show.
Thanks for the review Grizzzzly, but with all due respect, he has missed the point entirely lol. Just because that's how pro wrestling works in real life does NOT mean that's how it works in Wrestling Dynasty. The wrestling in this game is presented as legitimate physical contests of combat; you will never see a scene of the MC talking to Dani about "Okay, next you'll get on the top rope and attempt a splash, but the opponent will get his knees up so make sure to sell it like it hurts. Then you'll win the match." The Player (you) will not know anything before it happens in the match, including who wins, because again, it's all actual physical contests.
Abigail is certainly my absolute favorite in any game (I may be a little biased though lol), and Abigail is also the #1 clear favorite in the community. The Abby scene before you leave for the Grapple Garage got me crying every time I'd play through it lol. As far as the harem part goes, it will be a little tricky considering Abigail's jealousy and yandere tendencies but I'm confident enough in my storytelling that I can pull this off. Daz renders, Ren'Py coding, those are things I'm not nearly as confident in. But strictly the writing aspect? I got this, it's by far my favorite part of development and for me, one of the most exciting things about finally releasing this update is now I finally get to start working on Update 3 (Chapter 5)'s script and I've been looking forward to this for MONTHS lol.
I've also tried to start weaving the "harem" threads slowly in, such as (END OF UPDATE 2 DIALOGUE SPOILERS): In the pillow talk before bed at the end, Abby mentions that she's concerned Veda has eyes for the MC, upon which Melissa tells her "Honey, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Even if that was the case, I know in my heart that you and I are [MC]'s girls first and foremost. Always." which helps ease Abigail's mind.
That said, I still fully intend to keep Abigail's personality as it is (jealous/yandere) and think there's a lot of fun interactions to have later in the story. And as much as I also really enjoy the other Love Interests (Veda, Dani, Beverly, etc)... if it wasn't abundantly clear already then allow me to clarify again: Melissa and Abigail are the two PRIMARY Love Interests, and the others, while "main characters", are below these two. So even while a harem, Melissa will always be "1a" and Abigail "1b" if that makes any sense (though more like Abigail 1a lol). I understand the apprehension for this but at least give me a chance to properly tell this story, and if I end up fucking it up, then come back and call me out on this decision
As far as Steam goes, unfortunately it's something I'll never be able to do with Wrestling Dynasty because I use a lot of copyrighted sounds/music, and will ESPECIALLY be doing so when it comes time for the MC to pick his entrance music (which will be a selection from irl wrestling theme songs).
Anyway, sorry for the big ramble. I had a long night lol. Thanks again for playing Wrestling Dynasty!
