There are some games on patreon that have sex scenes with step family members and they seem to be fine. But it could be just a case of no one reporting it to patreon yet. I mean Jaime gives you the ok to fuck around with other girls and she even negotiates a better deal for the mc with Racheal. Could the mc still fuck around with other girls if he wasn't with Jaime? Porbably, but the fact that you can do that, and still be with her, and the fact that she even wants to help the mc get with other girls, makes her best girl, in my opinion.
