so i love the game have since early on, but my largest concern is the whole "year" aspect, its used with other games but they skip months with bs filler where this game has filled a little over a week with more content then id get with sandbox games at day 100, but the main issue i wanna mention is a year is 365 days, not including leap years etc etc. is the dev really going to go through an entire year at this pace? that would make this game a holy grail in terms of quantity and quality if they can pull it off but im a bit worried they wont be able to keep the pacing and just "montage" months to reach the end like so many others once they cant keep the story going

BD's original plan after the first week was to have updates start spanning longer periods of time (i.e. a week or so) which is more conducive to that time line.... but as the famous quote goes "Everybody's gotta plan....till they get punched in the face" and anyone that follows him knows poor BD got punched in the fucking face A LOT over the course of 2020. That said He may start doing it that way still it just hasn't happened yet.
i dont mind more content stretched over days opposed to single day updates i just don't wanna see more of the "life went on" over months to just pass the time because they used a year as the frame of reference
if you played my sister my roommate you will get an example on what i mean

No need. Download the windows version and swap the game folder with the one inside the mac app.

I do understand what you mean and really I don't think you have to worry about it coming to that. BD has a story to tell and by his own admission says it will take 3-4 years to tell it in full so I don't think he'll resort to a cop out like that it just isn't his style. At this point WVM seems to be shaping up to follow the Ecchi Sensei model more than anything which has been going for a couple years and has yet to resort to any major jumps in time.

Day 7 and 8 are over at this point and we're on day 9 so yes? I guess? THo full disclosure the MC sleeps through most of day 8 lol.

I totally get it I've followed the game since it landed here and been an active part of it's community since day 2 and it's hard to put into words but there's just something about that draws you in and doesn't let go. A good chunk of the regular posters to this thread share the sentiment "came for the porn stayed for the story" myself included tho to be fair in my case its more like I'm here for Bailey but the story is awesome so it keeps me entertained while I wait to see her again

honestly as much as i love baily i love rainn more and the possible 3sum or interactions involved i always found rainn hot and this is the way in sort of with how baily goes on with it and being a porn game and all its highly likely if you "allowed" it to happenI totally get it I've followed the game since it landed here and been an active part of it's community since day 2 and it's hard to put into words but there's just something about that draws you in and doesn't let go.
