It's SUPPOSED to be a release every week, Friday to be exact but it's Monday and we're still waiting so you never know with this dev. He's notorious for delays.
So it's safe to say that AT LEAST every month there is a release? I have a shitload of VNs to play, so a monthly content would be perfect.

He had a LONG break not so long ago but as of now? Yes, I think one-two updates a month is a given.

I was complaining about the same thing. I started this VN because of the basketball thing, and in one month of game life, the MC barely touched the ball.
The tags for the game are correct or did new things got included or removed without the tag adjustments?

Tags are correct, and if you never played this one before, you have a lot of content to go through. I think the game has more than 12k renders
there isnt a way to just download the update is there? you have to download the entire file every time? file size is just getting pretty big is all.
You mean the part on the main page that says "Update Only"? Or are you looking for more than the E10 B2? Because than the answer is a no.
Sadly is confirmed, the dev is too disgusted by incest to add it to the game. We can only hope for a future mod made by some saint.
That's why, when the remake of the prevuous content will happen, the dev will remove all the teasing with the family members.

He could've just made her the "landlady" and Willow some childhood friend. Then some modder could have made an incest patch for them.
I don't see the update only part on the main page. All I see is the main file and then the DITLO bs.
