It's really annoying that this developer is not able to take the blame, I mean, he can honestly say that he was lagging, burned, had slow days or whatever.
But he prefers to play the victim, with another, another and another excuse. God is hard to see how he treats people like they are fools, he has to tuck his pants in, take the blame, apologize to whoever he needs to, patreon, well basically everyone who leaves their money with him, and get on with the job.. It really is not that difficult and you avoid the pathetic excuses that nobody believes.
P.S. lags always happen, no big deal with game development, the problem is the crap he throws in your face.
This is also what I don't get. I could take or leave incest, but why are you cuddling, kissing and soulfully starring into his mother and sisters eyes if we AREN'T about to cross some lines?
The setup doesn't make any sense. Not that it matters, there are far far far too many LI's in this game already.

And again Braindrop, or rather Excusedrop, making up excuses, the guy just can't meet a deadline. And that story arc of the trip to Florida is in the same situation as the MC's first basketball game where it took a long time to happen, the way Braindrop works, if the trip happens this year I'll be surprised.
I will say Braindrop is different then others when it comes to patreon where as they he will go months without charging anytime he gets his shit right

BD himself has proclaimed to be a contrarian. Since the beginning people begged for the mum and sis to be LIs, so of course, he kept teasing while knowing he would never make them romeanceable.
This isn't the only thing were he has shown his contrarianism, even if later it comes to bite him in the ass: People also complained about the duck faces and he just put even more of them.
The setup doesn't make sense simply because he gets joy in pissing people off who keep asking for something multiple times.
I personally would even respect this and find it funny if it wasn't for the fact that I lost hope in BD after his years of excuses and lies.

Or that it was too short. Then there is more complaining about waiting. Some complaints about how he can't keep to a deadline. Someone will bring up Mackenzie. Someone else will bring up milking. Why isn't there incest? Why is there no basketball in this porn game? And then it all starts over again.
Some legitimate questions:
The girls are all slowly being turned into duck-billed platypuses. I would say it was the MCs sperm, but they have not all partaken.
Why is there a black block in place of the MC's head?
How on Earth are there no black people in this game with a basketball team unless he is gay?
Who the fuck is reading this visual novel because they want to see an idiot play basketball?

When has he gone 2 years without posting anything cause I used to be pledged to him few months after the first release of WVM ✌and for the months he didn't update he paused the pledges so we didn't pay anything when he didn't post game updates

March 2021 right so you had to wait till July for the next big update which was in July an we was given updates in between those months not only about his personal life but character creations and still cry. You clearly missed THE POINT... I never said or implied that the developer should rush to deliver the update to us.
The point is their lack of honesty and responsibility. If you're wrong, you take the blame and don't try to victimize yourself, as simple as that.
By the way, the "You do it if it's so easy" argument is ridiculous, what's more, at what point did I say it was easy? by saying "lags always happen, no big deal with game development" I'm implicitly saying that it's hard work and you can easily miss deadlines.

He made a great game, why does he have to apologize and take blame? Blame for what?

If you are actually paying for the game and aren't happy then stop paying.
I dare say the majority of people have downloaded it for free.
And also, I would bet that 99% of complainers have never tried to actually make a game, so that argument is totally relevant.

one easy tip for life: under-promise, over-deliver. the more missed promises that you attempt to make excuses for, the more shit you receive. he could easily just say monthly updates and push out an extra one here or there, but instead promises more than he can do while creating excuses why he is the victim for not meeting promises he made himself. nobody likes someone with a victim complex, especially when they are the cause of the issue. just needs to be more realistic and own up to failing to meet his self-imposed schedule. literally could just make a post right now saying "hey thought i could handle weeklies, but its proving to be too much work for me. will be going for monthlies, and if i manage to get a bit ahead maybe some extra releases in-between." this isnt difficult.
