I went back and did some more digging in the previous Dev Reports...
Dev Report #23 from September 30th, 2023 has the reveal that there are no playtesters.

Several previous Dev Reports have Braindrop saying he needs time to get an update to playtesters.

Not really, story is almost all pieced together and the only bug I have found on my own has been issues with animations on android. I'll likely just have to condense the files further which sucks but slightly less quality is better than them not showing at all.
I'll still be sending the update out to a few play testers a few days before the release date just to be safe but I've found no game breaking issues on my tests.

Every mention of "playtesters" is a giant red flag indicating more delays coming. Keep that in mind for future Mind Drops/Dev Reports.

well one thing i am certain of, his lies are beginning to get rather obvious.. it's like he is telling us the sky is green, grass is red and snow is black.. :sneaky:
these playtesters are another mckinzie? hmm, more like mcbullzie.. ;)

Not sure why he even lies at this point...
He could just say "I don't wanna" and it would have the same effect... :KEK:

Doesn't really matter. Patreon considers it incest and will not allow it, so if he continues to promote this game via Patreon, he has to avoid it.

Not this old lie again... it has nothing to do with Patreon.
There are thousands of games with incest on Patreon that simply use a patch to get this content back.
It's BD being lazy. He can't even make a normal release without huge delays.
Making an actual incest patch would require extra work.
This is where the whole incest thing for WVM fails.

It's not a lie when Patreon has shut down people's accounts for it. They're just inconsistent with it since they don't seek it out proactively. If someone doesn't get reported, it's not likely to cause a ban. But many creators have decided against even risking it because of others (or even themselves) having their accounts frozen/banned.

Recommendations from numerous sources are that if you don't want to deal with the hassle, don't even put that content in your work. You can get away with it, but it's like speeding on the highway. No matter how common it is, if the person with authority decides to penalize you, you have to jump through hoops to lessen/negate the consequences.

I never said you lied.
I said it's an "old lie" that Patreon is the reason he won't do incest even though it was clearly planned at some point during development.

Again.

There are thousand of games on Patreon that have incest patches (which are the result of Patreons ridiculous policies) that are doing just fine.
BD is a lazy dev that barely manages to put out a normal update, he has lied so much that nobody believes a word he says.
He could do a patch without getting banned quite easily if he wanted to. He doesn't want to though, not because of Patreon but because he would have to make the patch himself or hire some EvilModder™ , which would be actual work or cost him money.

Patreon in the end is just a scapegoat.

Man said he would leave for holiday's once he pushed the update, He still has time but I believe he already left aint no way we aint getting a timed excuse like we always do.
