You just know he'll miss it, claim it's too much, then say he's going to treat it like a hobby (like he isn't doing that now) and his discord will seal-clap whilst claiming he's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
It's like we're stuck in a loop.
Can someone please explain to me what even is changing in the remake? Are we going to get the next evolution of the duck face or more absurd body proportions?

He's stretching the story so it takes place over 30 days instead of like 7.

the remake will never happen, he would have to remake few thousand renders worth of content and currently he is struggling to release a 400 render update.

To put the "remake" in movie terms:
BD makes Fellowship of the Ring
BD starts making Return of the King, having us interact with characters we'd never heard of previously like we already knew them
BD decides to go back and make The Two Towers to fill the gaps and introduce said characters
Except we're more likely to see another LOTR than a BD update

Well.... one thing you should´ve learned by now is to stop giving false promises, release dates and most of all... you should´ve learned that it would be better to just nuke this shitshow, delete your account and start a new game under a different alias. your BD persona is literally burned to a crisp. most of us here won´t ever trust a word from you ever again.
Easy solution... just vanish from the face of the earth and never, ever touch development ever again. You are a disgrace for all the hard working devs out there and it´s thanks to ppl like YOU, that games which would truly deserve support, won´t get it cuz the ppl are fed up with devs like you who give the genre a bad reputation

for that he would have to actually rework the current season aswell. the teasing still hasn´t stopped afaik and the days just went from a 50hr day down to a 40hr day. So... yeah

I HAVE A THEORY... follow me:
1) He WILL release E13 on the 5th, maybe even on the 4th, just to surprise everyone who is already tired.
WHY? Because I believe it is already ready, that he has already uploaded it and, somehow, has scheduled everything. Why didn't he release it now? Because he REALLY needs to make a promise of a date that he can keep, in addition to generating some expectation.
2) He WILL release each part of E14 religiously, without missing any dates, working like clockwork, without failures.
WHY? Because this part is actually already ready, as he had said before. In this last statement he simply changed this version and said that he still has some things to do, but THERE IS NO, he wants to generate doubts.
He wants to feed distrust, even in an attempt to "silence the critics", to make everyone think "he is back", "it was just a temporary problem", "everything is resolved".
And my bet is that he will be an impeccable developer by the end of the year. Not only meeting all the deadlines, but sometimes advancing the dates by 1 or 2 days, because he already has material ready to do this, but he will want to gain time, maintain the buzz, be well-regarded again.
And after these 6 months? Then, we will find out the truth, if he just had a difficult moment, writer's block, etc. in E13 and was able to go back to what he was at the beginning, OR, if he is the son of a bitch that most people think (because if he stays these first 6 months as I suspect, I bet on at least 50% of new subscribers)
We will see... Watch now and correct me later if I am wrong about my theory: in the first half of 2025 he will be impeccable, with the end of E13 and all of E14.

If he kept 100days of disaster management for a year, the bait would be believable. He's a walking disaster with 100-300k patreon insurance.

i think you missed the part where he said it is now going to be 1600 renders, there is realistically 0% chance that anything close to that gets released.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that we will have the MC from GH have "SEX WITH HIS AUNT AMY" before NUTDROP releases any update.
