Imo the story was only decent to good before the time skip, when there was actually quite a bit of story and character development. After the timeskip it just went from sex scene to sex scene with little story. The only interesting plotpoint after that came much later: finding out who the women in the car was and how she is related to him.

This game has 0 story , it's a porn game where a college student/ star basketball player who becomes a Gigolo and goes around and impregnate succesful women and get paid for it...
