What would be destructively hilarious is if all the criticism of this convoluted mess of a plot he's currently pushing hurt his feefees and he decided to create another rework that retcons all of this to something else yet again.

You would guess that least those that don't expect to have sex soon (which imo seem at least a couple more girls than just Tia) have at least some precaution or indeed asks for condoms. However if I remember correctly (haven't played the game since the beginning in quite while and there are many girls), none of the girls in his harem is pregnant or uses condoms (except Tia in the beginning).
Well with the decisions i did the only one who is pregnant is Rachael , and Jaime and Shauna said that they don't like condoms for some reason...Tia is the only girl that on the 2nd time we talked about sex asks the MC to bring condoms , he can choose yes or no and in the party mc can fuck her...even without condoms...
