I agree with you, not only is WVM a great game it is also really sweet. Sure it's unrealistic but we play games to escape reality and there's nothing wrong with it.
Unfortunately bashing something others like isn't exclusive to porn games or people online. Some people are just bullies. In life I believe we get back the energy we put out there. I try to be a positive person online because I feel it is easier to be kind and try and let things go. All I can say is that it is often best to ignore the negative people, it isn't worth wasting your energy on them.

I usually never read the review section specifically becuase of the toxicity but I checked this one for shits and giggles. Only thing that annoyed me was it wouldn't have killed them to use a line break or 3 if I didn't have my glasses on i woulda thought it was a giant run on sentence lol. You totally don't have the sensibilities of a lunatic cult leader either and I resent the implication since that's MY JOB god dammitYeah it's a fine review. Talks about flaws of the game that are deal breakers for others and doesn't do so in a "fuck you" way.
It's not just angry ranting (though there's some) that I can't derive any value from like a lot of the other negative reviews.

Guys,thats the purpose of the review.They tell us what is the positive and negative of this game and many games out there.No need to be triggered.Dev will read it and they will see whats the weakness about their game and try to fix it.Its like us,we never know our weakness,but our enemies and friends know about it.

Agreed. I also appreciate that those three characters — and Penny and Skye in this game — are all different. They're individuals, with strengths and weaknesses, charms and neuroses. So yes: normal as you and me.
Though I'm not sure how normal I am.

I am not talking about the reviews sections I am talking about this discussion thread. In my opinion and I guess I am too old so mine doesn't matter is the discussion thread should be used to share with people that like the game and want to express there thoughts with others that do too. The review section is where your over all opinion of the game goes. There isn't a perfect game for everyone, and like others said I don't read negative reviews for games I like. I really don't even read the reviews for games until after I tried them out myself. I am not one to block people from expressing there opinions either. I guess I just have to except that people just like to get under other peoples skin for no reasons and just move on.

The only reason I write reviews is because I want to support the developer by giving his game a high score, but the site only let's you submit a score if you write a review. And then I'm basically retreading ground I've already covered in the discussion thread anyway. I've never felt compelled to rate or write a review for a game I didn't like. If it's not for me, it's not for me. I just delete it and play something I like or go hunt for some undiscovered (by me) gem to tide me over between updates.
I've discovered some good, some bad and a lot of inbetweeners, I just reserve my energy and my comments for the ones that are dear to me.

I see plenty of good games that barely pass $1000.
Because the people who like a game usually don't care about what is saying some subjective review.
We don't have professional reviewers here anyway.It's obvious most 1 star are from haters like any other game review section.
