All I can say is that I find Katie extremely unappealing in both design and character, which says a lot because I can see a certain beauty in every other female character. No I don't think Katie is working for Ryker. I want to believe that somewhere in Charles' tiny peanut of a mind he knows what Ryker is doing and that it won't end well. I wonder about it too. I rejected her the first time because I didn't trust she was some plant by Charles.
I can't remember if the dislike for Ryker had been mentioned before she said she hates him, but if she is really working for Ryker, telling the MC she hates Charles and Ryker is a good way to get in his good books.
I accepted her advances the second time, because I didn't like her reaction after rejecting her again and thought by doing so she might make issues for the team going forward and chose to accept her dislike at face value.
So far there seems to be no negative affects of accepting any advances or doing anything with any girl.
That said I'm still uncertain about the sex tape option and rejected that. I also suspect a future pregnancy with Alexis for those who banged her. Something in the text she sent made me suspect it.

Honestly, it's been a while since my last playthrough so that scene might have been fixed in the meantime and I missed it. I'm not even sure that is the scene I was talking about. Might have been in the library? Fact is, I recently switched to a new laptop and rather than transfering files from my old laptop, I decided to wait until the full day 7 update drops and experience it all again from the beginning (but I did copy my save files).

Pretty sure you mean the third time where you throat fuck her which was originally bugged so that even if you denied her previously it woud still happen. I just tested it right now and it seems to be fixed there's no choice for it BUT if you said no the previous time then you automatically shut her down the 3rd time
