With a little google-fu you can put who gets custody of a child your last will last will but the court only takes it as a suggestion and it's ultimately left up to their discretion. Wendy would have to be deemed unfit for custody not to default back to her tho cuz it's super hard to override a mother's custody rights without legal merit

Doing tier lists again? I would read through all the several dozen pages since I last checked in, but I'm just not feeling that ambitious.

Edit: Tbh, I still need to play through the last couple of updates. Will try to get a list in tonight though.

Of course she knew them, but it's a pretty big step between just knowing someone and taking care of their kids when they die.
Also, another thought, does he not have any grandparents? If he did, you'd think that either he'd have gone to them when his father died or Willow would have when Wendy couldn't handle her anymore.

the game does not involve any grandparents .. except for Margaret / Valerie .. that i can remember anyways
