Most probably we will get Jasmine scene today but I highly doubt the rest of the part will be done this week, I would love to be wrong though. The other scenario will be he will be uploading everything together at once which will be not anytime soon.

That escalate quickly. It was rerendering an animation twice, now he has to finish the rendering AND redo an animation.
Next step is that he has to redo the whole thing?
Its just a naming thing, the "real" s1 isnt even done in a sense, as he is redoing it... or so he said, though it was due like a year or 2 ago, and somehow there are no news about it.
So you play one game for s1, you get to know some characters, and then there is "s2", which disregards that, and besides knowing some characters it doesnt have any use. There are even some characters who you would allegedly know in the rework, but as that is not done... (and I doubt it will be in the next few years...)
Actually from what I've heard a lot of people are complaining on patreon, so much so that a lot of them got blocked there. We had one of them in the discord yesterday demanding to be unblocked on patreon, ended up being banned (or perma muted) on discord as well and the chat scrubbed from his messages as to not give other people any ideas.
And we also have a handful of people voicing criticism in the discord almost daily as well.
I mean brainfart deserve more criticism than he gets for sure but to say that "no one calls him out on it outside of this thread" is not true.
0% chance they fill a lawsuit (that would go nowhere) , they probably have a hard time breathing from their nose. Those ppl are a bunch of glue eater / flat earther that believe in everything BD says, not a chance that they go against the guru.
