Despite what some people told you, there is actually a decent bit of lewd content since the first basketball game. Whether or not the story content is good, it is there as well. Personally, I would say that if you're interested enough to ask how much there is, then it is probably worth it for you to download. Since you've already played most of the game you likely know this, but don't go in looking for deep characters and gripping plot. This game is a power fantasy through and through, and despite it's foibles, it is actually pretty good at being a power fantasy, even if it used to have the potential to be much more.

As silly as it is compared to the bigger issue (that he hasn't published any update since February and we are soon going to get to a one year anniversary since the last full episode update), he completely screwed himself with the 'too much porn' excuse. He was just grabbing for any half-baked piece of horseshit to throw at his fans, and he didn't realize how much it would piss them off.
I think this is going to be as bad for him as DITLO:H, where the decision to censor Harper's nudity absolutely enraged the audience. The backlash to DITLO:H is why he stopped posting on this forum. It was also what spurred him to give us the only really big update we've had since his regular schedule collapsed in late 2020.
This time, if he doesn't get a really big update out in the new few months, I suspect his Discord is going to have to either be moderated to hell or just closed from now on. I'm not saying his Patreon is going to collapse (because ~80% of his Patrons are just people who don't remember that they support him), but his last active fan support space is going to get a lot more quiet.
