Daliah did mention that MC's father wanted a son, it's unclear if he had any other sons, unless he does have another son but he did not recognize those because he was not married with that woman who gave him the child...

Ah yes, "playtesting" that's like "compiling" right? . 
It's kind of amusing that the situation has devolved so thoroughly that BD'scultists supporters have, in their attempts to cope, walk into this absolute buzzsaw of a thread to defend him. That's like voluntarily going on a Mission to North Sentinel Island.
When it comes to the whole "If you're not paying stfu" mentality, this whole situation is proof of the levels of psychological contortion a person will go through to justify throwing good money after bad. It also has the "benefit" of tying the validity of a person's words/opinions to how much disposable income they have. IMO that thought process can go fuck itself.

The latest update isn't launching. The last one that did (and still does) is E13-B2. It spins up the little hourglass, then nothing launches. Any suggestions?

Don't know if it works but perhaps try to delete the game completely and redownload it (copy your saves might not work for my suggestion) and play it from 0 to Season 02 chapter 01 ep 13 b4

same issue here.is the update even working?? i just downloaded the update only and it did nothing at all... i still get kicked out to main menu as if i was still in the last update (beta3)
i did extract and installed it correctly... even got the "replace files" prompt
title screen still says ep 13 b3.
