You're not putting enough weight into "IDGAF" here. I know how people typically use it, and that way is stupid. You cant use a word in an acronym and then pretend that word means nothing. MILF used in that manor is simply lazy.
It's the same with "incest." Steps aren't incest, but, much like "MILF" the definition has been corrupted by porn.
